Thanks to Amazon Japan, we now have the boxart for Shin Megami Tensei IV Atlus Best Collection. Take a look at it above.

The Super Mario Maker “hackathon” event at Facebook concluded earlier today. The winning level? “Ship Love”.

This level will be available as a free download for Super Mario Maker players when the game launches on September 11. We don’t have a great look at the course yet, but an off-screen image was posted by Nintendo’s Kit Ellis on Twitter – see above.

With the release of Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer in Japan, we’re able to look at some of the game’s features in-depth. Above you can see what sort of skin tone options are included.

We also have shots showing the hair and eye options in Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer. Aside from that, there’s confirmation that the title features 48 emotions (eight more than New Leaf).

In the latest trailer for Super Mario Maker, the game’s Japanese packaging was unveiled. What you see above is the “box” it will come in. And inside is the Super Mario Maker disc (with its own boxart) and artbook.

It’s basically a throwback to the boxart for the original Super Mario Bros. on Famicom! Pretty neat stuff.

Nintendo held the Super Mario Maker “hackathon” event at Facebook’s headquarters today (continuing into tomorrow). You’ll find some photos of it below.

After the “hackathon” event, Nintendo will be selecting one Super Mario Maker level created by a Facebook employee. This will be available to download in the game at launch.
