Sparkle Snapshots 3D Launches Oct. 18; Style Savvy: Trendsetters Coming Oct. 22

REDMOND, Wash., Oct. 17, 2012 – Nintendo is about to launch two new games for the Nintendo 3DS system that let players show off their unique sense of style. Sparkle Snapshots 3D, which gives users a ton of cool tools that they can use to decorate their 2D photos with 3D elements, will be available Oct. 18 exclusively as a download from the Nintendo eShop* for $5.99. On Oct. 22, Style Savvy: Trendsetters invites players to manage their own virtual clothing boutiques and connect with other budding fashionistas using the wireless Internet features of Nintendo 3DS. Style Savvy: Trendsetters will be available in stores or from the Nintendo eShop at a suggested retail price of $39.99.

“Everyone loves to customize their video game experiences, and these two software titles put players fully in charge,” said Scott Moffitt, Nintendo of America’s executive vice president of Sales & Marketing. “Players can learn about managing their own fashion empires or have fun decorating their favorite photos and sharing them with friends.”
