Disney Dreamlight Valley reveals The Storybook Vale DLC and more

The Disney Dreamlight Valley Showcase was held today, and it included the reveal of The Storybook Vale Expansion Pass.

The DLC adds a bunch of content to the game. Players can look forward to a new main story, new friends including Merida from Disney and Pixar’s Brave, Flynn Rider from Disney’s Tangled, and Hades from Disney’s Hercules, three new biomes to explore, and a royal net tool. The first part of The Storybook Vale arrives on November 20, 2024 with the second wave bringing even more content.

Also shown today is a “Sew Delightful” update for Disney Dreamlight Valley, which is planned for December 4. It brings along Sally from Disney Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas, a brand-new Frost & Fairies Star Path that embraces the ethereal side of the season, and the Floating Islands gameplay feature that gives players special areas, parallel to the Valley, where they can freely decorate while preserving the layout of their existing Valley.

Note that Gameloft is planning new editions of the game for November 20 to accommodate all players, existing, and new. These are The Enchanted Edition, The Storybook Vale Bundle, and The Storybook Vale – Magical Edition. Early adopter bonus for players of  The Storybook Vale provide a collection of dark academia-themed clothing.
