DoDonPachi Saidaioujou heading to Nintendo Switch

December 4: Live Wire is set to publish DoDonPachi Saidaioujou on Nintendo Switch, the company revealed today. Only a release is confirmed for Japan, where it will launch on December 19, 2024.

DoDonPachi True Death, a bullet hell shoot ’em up game, originally came to the arcades as DoDonPachi SaiDaiOuJou in 2012 with a worldwide debut happening in 2020. An Xbox 360 version was also made available in 2013.

When invaders disrupt this carefully governed utopia, the Commander dispatches elite operatives to eliminate the threat. Together with your “Element Doll” you must locate and dismantle the massive computer system hidden within “The Utopia”.
