Doki Doki Literature Club Plus update out now on Switch (version 1.0.1), patch notes

Coinciding with the launch of Doki Doki Literature Club Plus, the game has received a day-one update. A version 1.0.1 patch is currently available.

Today’s update primarily includes a few different fixes. For the full patch notes, continue on below.

• Added a disclaimer screen on the first boot of the game. It has text which states, “All characters in this game are over the age of 18”
• Fixed several critical bugs, such as broken save files when saving at specific moments
• Added several missing localization strings, fixed some font problems, and improved some translations
• Fixed some audio and visual effects
• Additional fixes to minor UI issues, such as certain elements not getting properly highlighted, or selections not correctly updating when input modality changes from Joy-Con to touch
• Fixed problems with some in-game unlocks not triggering
