Doki Doki Literature Club Plus just got a new update on Switch, and version 0.1.3278538 hade been made available.

Unsurprisingly, the game isn’t adding new content. However, a number of key issues have been addressed.

Doki Doki Literature Club Plus sales

Today, publisher and co-developer Serenity Forge as well as developer Team Salvato announced a sales milestone for Doki Doki Literature Club Plus. The game is now confirmed to have sold over one million copies across all platforms.

In celebration of the milestone, creator Dan Salvato will be streaming a playthrough of the Side Stories content on Friday, February 24 at 6 PM PT / 9 PM ET. Fans can watch it on his Twitch channel here

The physical version of Doki Doki Literature Club Plus has been delayed again. Serenity Forge passed along the news on Twitter, indicating that the release has been impacted by the current pandemic.

Doki Doki Literature Club Plus was originally planned to hit retail on August 31. It was then delayed to September 21. Serenity Forge says that its “partners have confirmed with us that there will be no further delays in the physical release.”

Doki Doki Literature Club Plus has received another update. On Switch, the game is now at version 1.0.4.

Doki Doki Literature Club Plus

The physical version of Doki Doki Literature Club Plus has been delayed to September 21 in North America, Serenity Forge and Team Salvato have announced. It was originally expected on August 31.

According to Serenity Forge, there have been “unforeseen delays with manufacturing and shipping as a result of COVID-19”.
