Posted on May 25, 2020 by (@brodee922) in Mobile

Dragalia Lost’s newest update (version 1.20.0) has rolled out and brings with it Shared Skills and The Royal Regimen as the major new content. There are also some smaller additions such as the new event type of onslaught events and a few balance adjustments.

For a complete list of all that is included in this update, please check out the full patch notes below:

Version Update (1.20.0)
With the addition of The Royal Regimen, we will end Jumpstart Endeavors and certain normal endeavors.

Rewards for the normal endeavors that will be ended must be accepted by 10:59pm PT, May 26, 2020. Please note that if the rewards are not accepted by that time, then you will not be able to receive the rewards, even if you complete the applicable normal endeavors.

When you update to version 1.20.0 and play co-op, you will no longer be matched with players using earlier versions of the game. Rooms created by players playing earlier versions will not display in the Room List, and you will not be able to join them using Find a Room or Join Nearby Players. Additionally, if you input an ID using Enter an ID, the room will display, but you will not be able to enter it. Lastly, rooms created by alliance members playing earlier versions will be visible in the alliance chat, but you will not be able to join the room. The “All set, thanks!” message will display in such cases.

To celebrate the update, we’ll be sending all players a Tenfold Summon Voucher after the automatic update.
This notice will be modified after it has been distributed.

Note: The Tenfold Summon Voucher will not be distributed until after the automatic update, even if you complete the update to version 1.20.0 early.

■Update Details
・Shared skills are here!
You will be able to equip a third and fourth skill, which can only be used by the team’s leader.
Note: Any adventurer in the team can equip shared skills, but only the leader can use them.
You can equip up to two skills that meet the conditions from other adventurers as the first and second shared skill.

▼Shared skills that can be equipped
By meeting all of the conditions for equipping shared skills, you can equip skills from allied adventurers as shared skills.
Note: Some skills cannot be equipped as shared skills, and skills for adventurers who joined during the main campaign can be equipped as shared skills right away.

The conditions for equipping shared skills are as follows.
1. The adventurer whose skills you wish to unlock as shared skills must be at least level 80 and have at least 50 mana nodes unlocked.
2. You must use a specific item on an eligible skill to unlock it as a shared skill.

・There are some differences between the first and second shared skills in terms of the skills that can be equipped.
First shared skill: If you have a weapon with a weapon skill equipped, you can equip either the weapon skill or a shared skill from an adventurer who has unlocked shared skills.
Second shared skill: If you have a helper selected during solo play, the helper skill will be equipped.
Note: If a weapon skill or helper skill is equipped for the first or second shared skill, you will not be able to use shared skills from other adventurers.

・You cannot equip a skill of the same name from the same adventurer you are using.
(Example) Ranzal cannot equip skills from Ranzal, but he can equip skills from Gala Ranzal.
・The level of shared skills will match the equivalent skill level for the adventurer who equips it.

▼Skill point costs for shared skills
Shared skills have a skill point cost.
Skills equipped as the first and second shared skills must fit within the adventurer’s cost limit.

The skill point cost and cost limit vary between skills and adventurers.

▼Regarding items for unlocking shared skills
Elemental tomes (flame tomes, water tomes, wind tomes, light tomes, and shadow tomes) are required to unlock shared skills. Each one can unlock skills of the corresponding element.
Elemental tomes can be obtained from events and in the shop.

A new event type, the onslaught event, will start in mid-June. Onslaught events will center around solo quests.
