Front Mission 1st: Remake Switch physical release revealed, three editions

Original (11/30): Front Mission 1st: Remake is making its initial appearance on Switch today, but Forever Entertainment has now confirmed that a physical release is in the works. Fans can choose between three different editions.
There’ll be “unLimited”, limited, and exclusive versions. Each one comes with different physical goodies.
Here’s the full rundown on the Front Mission 1st: Remake Switch physical releases:
unLimited (€44.99):
• Classic case: a plastic box containing a double-sided cover and game cartridge.
• Numbered certificate: a card with a unique number that gives the set an additional collector value.
• Guidebook: 16-page compendium of knowledge about the world of Front Mission.
Limited (€64.99):
• Collector’s box: a cardboard box with unique artwork.
• Metal case: a highly collectible metal packaging.
• 3 Metal pins: metal pins set.
• Classic case: a plastic box containing a double-sided cover and game cartridge.
• Numbered certificate: a card with a unique number that gives the set an additional collector value.
• Guidebook: 16-page compendium of knowledge about the world of Front Mission.
Exclusive (€129.99)
• Exclusive collector’s box: imitates a military supply box, detailed with a metal plate on the front.
• Diorama: High-quality resin cast, perfect for hand painting on a 17 cm x 10 cm base, showing a Wanzer battlefield in great detail.
• Classic case: a plastic box containing a double-sided cover and game cartridge.
• Numbered certificate: a card with a unique number that gives the set an additional collector value.
• Guidebook: 16-page compendium of knowledge about the world of Front Mission.
Pre-orders for the Front Mission 1st: Remake Switch physical releases are now open here. Rainy Frog will be handling its own physical version for Japan during the first half of 2023, with details to follow at a later date.

Update (1/16): If the above wasn’t enough to make your head spin, Microids has announced its own limited edition for Front Mission 1st: Remake that will be sold at retail in both North America in Europe. You’ll get a copy of the game, exclusive lenticular, printed game manual, and two lithographs. Look for this sometime during the spring.
