Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment is getting free content updates
Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment just launched, but Koei Tecmo has already confirmed that free updates are planned.
Specifics about what fans can expect haven’t been shared at this time. We’re also unsure when exactly they’ll be releasing. However, Koei Tecmo has teased that the Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment updates will let players enjoy the game even longer. Two updates are planned in total.
At least so far, no DLC has been announced for Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment. The last game in the series – Age of Calamity – did get its own Expassion Pass. With it, Koei Tecmo added a new story, new characters, additional weapons, and more.
We could still see an Expansion Pass for Age of Imprisonment at a later date. Age of Calamity didn’t confirm DLC until a few months after launch.
Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment just came to Nintendo Switch 2 this week. Version 1.0.1 dropped alongside the official launch – you can check out the patch notes here.
