Islanders: New Shores Halloween update out now, patch notes
A new Islanders: New Shores update has arrived in celebration of Halloween.
The update provides a creepy twist to the otherwise cozy minimalist city builder. It adds the “Halloween” biome, the new Boon called “Replace”, pumpkins, gravestones, and candle variants as Seasons items, a new camera filter, and a new building facade to unlock for the Aviary building, both unlockable via new challenges.

- Added accessibility option for using the gamepad controls (from the first game).
- In this mode the hotkey for switching between the building and boon bar has moved to the west face button.
- In this mode it’s not possible to raise/lower buildings in sandbox mode.
- Added re-bindable key “Hold for no snapping” that will ignore snapping when held down (defaults to ‘C’).
- 6 New achievements / Trophies
