Two new Legendary Pokemon are joining Pokemon GO. Starting today, players can begin encountering the Dragon- and Psychic-type Pokemon Latias and Latios. They’ll be around until June 5. In Europe and Asia, Latias will show up in Raid Battles. Latios will appear in North America, South America, and Africa. On May 8, they’ll switch locations. Source
