Nintendo’s Damon Baker is currently hosting a presentation for Nindies@Night. We’ll be gathering up all of the information shared below. If anything major is shared, we’ll make a new post on the site.
FAST Racing Neo
– Martin Sauter on stage
 – Out at the end of 2015
 – 16-tracks including lava snow
 – 4-player split screen announced
 – 2-player split screen also supported
 – Runs at 60fps even in split screen
 – 8-people online at a time
 – New trailer shown
Hive Jump
– Houston Brayton from Black Lantern Studios on stage
 – Throwback retro run n gun style shooter
 – 2D sidescroller
 – 1-4 player co-op
 – Set in a future where humanity is colonizing other planets
 – Encounter aliens in a hive that you need to destroy
 – Out in Q1 2016
 – The team is trying to support different Wii U controllers, including classic Pro, and GamePad
 – amiibo support could be coming
Kerbal Space Program
– Officially announced for Wii U
 – Miguel Pina on the stage
 – They wanted to make something huge and interesting
 – 4.5 years in the making
 – Physics based simulator
 – With the GamePad, you can plan space travel using map and coordinates
 – Use the GamePad as an inside view of the cockpit, of the spaceship you build part by part
 – It’s said to be really fun, but scary when you crash in new 1st person GamePad view
 – Comes out on Wii U as same time as other platforms but no exact date set
Shovel Knight
– Talking about Plague of Shadows, which is like a twisted remixed version of Shovel Knight
 – It’s a free update
 – Shovel Knight amiibo confirmed
 – Been working on the amiibo since last year
 – Unlock co-op on Wii U with the amiibo
 – Also unlock challenges for Wii U and 3DS
 – All future Shovel Knight content will support the amiibo
