Nintendo Switch Online app update out now (version 2.3.0), adds Splatoon 3 widgets, patch notes

A new update has just released for the Nintendo Switch Online mobile app, bringing it to version 2.3.0.

This update mostly focuses on SplatNet 3 functionality; specifically, it allows the use of widgets for the app, letting you display the battle logs, stage schedule, current gear loadout and/or album directly onto your home screen.

Here are the full patch notes for the Nintendo Switch Online app version 2.3.0 update:

• You can now use the Splatoon 3 widget within the app, allowing you to check Battle Logs, Stage Schedule, Current Gear, and Album from your device’s home screen. (Note: Widget support not available on all devices.)
• Other minor changes have been implemented.

The new 2.2.0 update for the Nintendo Switch Online app is now available for all users on both iOS and Android.
