Full list of all price increases for Nintendo Switch and everything else

We now have a list of every price increase Nintendo put in place for Switch (and some additional products as well).

To close out the week, it was announced that various products are going up in cost in the United States. Nintendo Switch 2 hardware is immune for now, but Switch 1 and other items are changing in price starting today. Some retailers will be faster to enact the new prices than others, but we should be seeing things roll out everywhere soon.

Below is the full list of price changes for Nintendo Switch and more.

United States

Switch

• Switch OLED – $400 (was $350)
• Standard Switch – $340 (was $300)
• Switch Lite – $230 (was $200)
• Joy-Con – $90 (was $80)
• Pro Controller – $80 (was $70)
• NES controllers pack – $70 (was $60)
• N64 controller – $55 (was $50)
• SNES controller – $35 (was $30)

Switch 2

• Joy-Con Charging Stand – $35 (was $30)

amiibo

• $16 legacy amiibo – $20 (was $16)
• Two-pack amiibo – $35 or $40 depending on which ones (was $30)

Other

• Nintendo Sound Clock Alarmo – $110 (was $110)

The United States isn’t the only country impacted by recent changes in price from Nintendo. On Friday, the following went into effect in Canada:

Canada

Switch

• Switch OLED – $490 (was $450)
• Standard Switch – $420 (was $400)
• Switch Lite – $280 (was $260)

Nintendo Switch Online

• 1 month individual – $6 (was $5)
• 3 months individual – $12 (was $10)
• 12 months individual – $30 (was $25)
• 12 months Expansion Pack individual – $70 (was $64)
• 12 months Expansion Pack family – $110 (was $100)

Note: Standard 12 months family is still the same.

amiibo

• $22 amiibo – $23 (was $22)
• $25 amiibo – $30 (was $25)

As you can see, Canada actually has it worse than the United States at the moment. Pricing in Canada has even changed for things like Nintendo Switch Online while things are currently the same stateside. Also, even prices for certain games in Canada have gone up such as Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom at $100 instead of $90 and Super Mario Bros. Wonder at $85 instead of $80.

We’re not sure how long this will last, but at least for now, Amazon still has the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller available for $69 here. There is also something else wanted to mention as it’s somewhat related. Right now Amazon is actually selling Nintendo Switch 2 Joy-Con at a slight discount for $90 here.
