Oaken out on Switch this month, physical release, trailer
The latest news about Oaken was provided today, including a release date, physical version, and new trailer. Everything comes from Goblinz Publishing, Red Art Games, and Laki Studios.
The title now has a set release date of July 20, 2023. It was previously announced for Switch in August 2021.
Here’s an overview of the roguelike deckbuilder:
The world of Oaken is a mythical place, existing in a not-easily-defined space and time. It is stretched among the branches of the Great Oak. Its inhabitants are spirits, who all listen to the same voice called the Oak Song.
The loss of that voice starts a series of events leading to a struggle which may either heal or destroy the Great Oak.
