On Your Tail delayed

On Your Tail is missing its original release date following a delay.

The game was most recently on track to launch in just a couple of days – November 21. However, publisher Humble Games and developer Memorable Games are now moving the game to February 2025 on Nintendo Switch. The PC version is also being delayed, but is coming out a bit earlier on December 16.

Speaking about the delay for On Your Tail, Memorable Games noted: “We’re sorry for the very short notice but we want On Your Tail to be the best experience possible for the players, so we have made the difficult decision to slightly delay the game in order to make your trip to Borgo Marina even more unforgettable. We can assure you this was not an easy decision to make and that’s why we’ve been silent on the release date lately.”

We’ve got a recap on the game below.

Prepare for a delightful vacation to a stunning Mediterranean paradise—but don’t be mistaken, secrets hide beneath its sunlit shores. You play as Diana, a weary traveler seeking inspiration, only to find herself drawn into a web of mysterious crimes. As an aspiring detective, Diana must uncover hidden clues, solve intriguing puzzles, and navigate the strange happenings that lurk beneath the town’s charming exterior. When you’re ready for a break, relax with a swim in the ocean, try your hand at marbles, or sell gelato to the residents of Borgo Marina – how you spend your time is part of the journey. The question is: will you uncover the truth before it’s too late?

Key Features

  • Solve Mysteries: Gather clues and examine crime scenes to piece together past findings in the card-game-inspired deduction mode.
  • Build Relationships: Befriend the locals to learn more about them and strengthen your bond.
  • Mini Games: When you need a break from sleuthing, bask in the sun and enjoy a variety of mini-games around town including cooking, fishing, and more!
