Pikmin Bloom has had its best year yet in 2025 and has now reached $100 million in lifetime player spending. That milestone just took place on December 1, which is around four years after the initial launch.

It’s notable that Pikmin Bloom has continued to grow over the years. According to AppMagic, the game brought in $34.8 million in 2025, and there’s still a month remaining. Interestingly, there’s been growth every year.

In 2022, Pikmin Bloom earned only $8.4 million. However, that increased substantially to $20.9 million in 2023. Another jump took place in 2024 to $33.4 million.

Pikmin 4 on Nintendo Switch could be one reason for the growth – it may have contributed to installs in 2023. However, Pocket Gamer speculates that in-game changes have contributed to revenue growth. One such change is the addition of the Event Premium Pass in 2023, which provided extra rewards to players during event periods. Mystery Boxes became more prominent as well.

Pikmin Bloom is currently available on iOS and Android. A tie-in was recently introduced for Pikmin 4, which you can read about here.
