Pokemon Legends: Z-A Floette location

We have a new location guide for Pokemon Legends: Z-A that’s all about Eternal Flower Floette.

Pokemon Legends: Z-A is available now, and it actually doesn’t introduce a single new species of Pokemon. There are new Mega Evolutions, sure, but no truly all-new Pokemon. That’s okay, given that there are well over 1,000 species of Pokemon available right now. Legends Z-A does, however, introduce a new form of Pokemon that has been in the game’s code for over a decade, but completely unobtainable until now: Eternal Flower Floette. Indeed, it was first discovered hidden within Pokemon X and Y’s game code in 2013, but it was never made available – perhaps an event was canceled or the game’s story changed, but we don’t know for sure. Whichever the case may be, Eternal Flower Floette is now available in Pokemon Legends: Z-A. Just be prepared to work for it, because you have to clear the main story to even begin working your way towards it. There are story spoilers inside, so keep that in mind before you continue.

After you clear the main story of Pokemon Legends: Z-A, the Z-A Royale will continue for good and change its name to the Infinite Z-A Royale. In order to get Eternal Flower Floette, you will need to clear 15 Reward Matches – which also entails obtaining 15 Challenger’s Tickets. That’s going to take quite a while. But after battling your 15th reward match opponent, you will receive Floette as a gift along with its corresponding Mega Stone. Floette comes with a Modest nature and AZ’s original trainer ID, which is 000001. It’s also always in a standard Poke Ball. It will most likely take you around 30 hours from starting the game to obtaining Floette, so keep that in mind in case you’re trying to get multiple for some reason. As a reminder, Eternal Flower Floette cannot evolve into Florges due to all of the Pokemon life energy it absorbed before Pokemon X and Y.

As mentioned earlier, this is the only true “new” Pokemon introduced in Pokemon Legends: Z-A, though even then it’s just a form. We currently don’t know if we will be able to transfer it to Pokemon Home when compatibility drops, or if it will be restricted to Pokemon Legends: Z-A for good. At any rate, you can check out the Pokemon Legends: Z-A website if you want to learn more about the game.
