A new spotlight scout has come to Pokemon Masters EX, and this one is a seasonal scout featuring Rosa and Siebold. A five star version of the sync pair Rosa & Delibird will be featured as well as a five star version of Siebold & Octillery. This spotlight scout will run until November 29 at 9:59pm PT. Source
