Pokemon Sword and Shield hosting Max Raid Battle event with Fossil Pokemon

Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield have kicked off a new Max Raid Battle event with Fossil Pokemon.
Carracosta, Archeops, Tyrantrum, and Aurorus are included here. Players will also have an opportunity to catch a Shiny version of Aurorus.
To participate in this Max Raid Battle event with the Fossil Pokemon Carracosta, Archeops, Tyrantrum, and Aurorus, you’ll first need to connect your Switch system to the internet. Then, when a pillar of light appears from a Pokemon Den in the Wild Area, just walk up to it and interact to have a Max Raid Battle begin.
Keep in mind that this event will be live until March 27, 2022 at 4:59 PM PT / 7:59 PM ET. If and when the next Max Raid Battle is announced, we’ll be sure to give you a heads up.
