Pokemon Sword and Shield hosting Max Raid Battle event with Milcery

Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield are now hosting a new Max Raid Battle event focused around Milcery.

During the event, players will be able to encounter Milcery in Max Raid Battles that can evolve into Alcremie capable of Gigantamaxing. Those that defeat them may receive any of the seven types of sweets, including the rare Star Sweet and Ribbon Sweet.

If you’re interested in getting involved with the Max Raid Battle event for Milcery in Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield, start off by connecting your Switch system to the internet. Then when a pillar of light appears from a Pokemon Den in the Wild Area, walk up to it and interact to have it begin.

Note that this event will be live until February 20, 2022 at 3:59 PM PT / 6:59 PM ET. It’s likely that Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield will be rolling out a new Max Raid Battle event after that, so we’ll keep you updated.
