Puzzle platformer Inkventure coming soon to Nintendo Switch [update: trailer]
May 20: Ratalaika Games, 9Ratones, and Two Black Cats have announced their upcoming release Inkventure for Nintendo Switch. We don’t have a specific release date, but it’s coming very soon.
Inkventure is a 2D puzzle platformer with 40 levels to tackle. You’ll play as a slime dad questing through another dimension as he looks to save his kids.

A lazy afternoon turns chaotic when a mysterious bucket sucks Gloop’s four mischievous kids into a vibrant, color-filled dimension. Now it’s up to him – a lovable slime and single dad—to jump inside, master the art of color shifting, and rescue his quirky children!
Match Gloop’s color to the floors as you carefully navigate each stage. Watch your step, because touching the wrong color spells disaster! Shift between green, red, blue, and yellow by touching buckets filled with colorful ink to safely reach Gloop’s adorable kids and bring them back home.
Along the way, you’ll encounter tricky obstacles. Push boxes matching Gloop’s current color to climb higher platforms, and open locked doors by finding and activating levers of the correct color to advance your journey.
Ready to jump, splash, and slime your way through the ink dimension? Gloop’s family depends on you!
The game also includes the Megadrive ROM file you can burn and play on your original hardware if you have it!
