Update: Game is said to be a card/casino-like game:
Just so we all keep our expectations where they should be… The new game I'm announcing next month is a card/casino type game. Small title.

RCMADIAX is teasing the reveal of a new title. Aside from Super Robo Mouse, we can also expect a separate project for the Wii U eShop. This will be an exclusive for the system that requires “the power of the GamePad.”
RCMADIAX said on Twitter earlier today that the game in question will be announced the week after E3. It’s currently planned to launch in Q3 2014.
