Resident Evil Requiem Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller, Grace Ashcroft amiibo, and more announced

Some major news has just dropped for Resident Evil Requiem, including a special Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller and a Grace Ashcroft amiibo.

The controller is due out alongside the game on February 27, 2026, and we have a look at it above. It features inworld newspaper articles from the game.

For the amiibo, this will be the first one based on the Resident Evil series. Capcom hasn’t shown off the design for Grace yet, but it will be available in Summer 2026.

Today’s Nintendo-related news for Resident Evil Requiem was shared as part of a larger update video detailing special editions for the game. With the Deluxe Edition, you’ll get an exclusive pack of five costumes, four weapon skins, two screen filters, two weapon charms, and more. There’s also the Premium Edition, which has everything in the Deluxe Edition plus an exclusive lenticular card. Finally, on Nintendo Switch 2, Capcom will ship the Resident Evil Generation Pack featuring Resident Evil 7 Gold Edition, Resident Evil Village Gold Edition, and Resident Evil Requiem (though they’re game-key cards).
