Rumor: Red Dead Redemption 2 coming to Nintendo Switch 2
According to new reports, Red Dead Redemption 2 will be finding its way to Nintendo Switch 2.
Gamereactor published its report today, which is based on sources close to Rockstar. Nintenduo has also heard the same.
There’s not much else to say aside from release timing. However, Nintenduo indicates that the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Red Dead Redemption could drop by March 31, 2026. It seems that Rockstar has more plans for the game in general as updates for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series are supposedly in the works.
Red Dead Redemption 2, Rockstar’s open-world action adventure game, received a ton of acclaim when it first launched in 2018. We did see the franchise’s previous title on the current Nintendo Switch a couple of years ago, so a port of its sequel on the upcoming console wouldn’t be out of the question.
We also just heard from Rockstar parent company Take-Two sharing some positive comments about Nintendo Switch 2 yesterday. In case you missed it, we have that here.
