New characters confirmed for Smash Bros. 3DS

Update: Both are now confirmed with footage of each having been shown on live streams.

Some lucky gamers in Japan have already managed to get their hands on Super Smash Bros. 3DS ahead of the title’s release on Friday. Naturally, this has led to supposed leaks. Head past the break for rumors regarding two unconfirmed returning characters.

Update 2: Next character confirmation: Dark Pit.

Assuming these images are not fabricated, Falco and Ness are in the new Smash Bros. games. We’ll keep tabs on the situation!
