Street Fighter 6 amiibo series 2

Capcom brought out new amiibo for the launch of Street Fighter 6 on Nintendo Switch 2 a couple of months ago, and now the company is gearing up for the second series of cards.

Retailers in Japan have started putting up listings with initial details. In total, the second series will bring along 38 new cards to the lineup. Eight characters from Year 2 and Year 3 have been added. You can get a look at all of the new cards below.

The Street Fighter 6 amiibo can be used to save player settings such as the character’s outfit, color, and button settings. Cards also provide in-game rewards like device wallpapers and photo frames. Outside of Street Fighter 6, they can be used in select Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch games. Of course, some fans just enjoy collecting them.

At least in Japan, Capcom will be selling the Street Fighter 6 amiibo Card Booster Box, which includes 15 packs. As of now it’s not currently unclear what the plan is for fans in other regions, but we’ll hopefully get more information soon. We’ll keep you updated if we receive any additional details.
