Animal Crossing: New Leaf co-director departs from Nintendo

Isao Moro joined Nintendo close to decades ago. However, on July 26, Moro made it known on his Facebook profile that he has departed from the company. It is unclear why he is no longer with Nintendo.
Moro’s most prominent role was in 2012, when he acted as one of the directors on Animal Crossing: New Leaf. He worked on the series prior to that entry, and was also an assistant director on Zelda: The Wind Waker.
