Zelda: Breath of the Wild’s initial Shrines have a secret message
Fans have come across a new Easter egg of sorts in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. By piecing together results from the first four Shrines, it would seem that the game has a hidden message. We’ve placed the image past the break just to be safe with spoilers.
Based on some investigative work done by Dorkly editor Tristan Cooper, Breath of the Wild’s initial Shrines apparently reference the Triforce. The monks found at the end of each trial have poses that make up one section. Additionally, the positions are known in Buddhism as mudras – known as “symbolic or ritualistic gestures.”
