Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel Team Battle

Late last week, Team Battle was added to Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel which can be accessed as part of Duel Mode. Also on the same day, a new Battle Trajectory Selection Pack was made available.

According to Konami, Team Battle features a a new Duel type that has players competing in 3vs3 or 5vs5 battles. It’s also possible to recruit teammates if you don’t have enough people to form a team. The end goal is to cooperate with teammates and achieve victory.

Here’s how you can create a team or join a team in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel’s Team Battle:

How to Make a Team

You can create a team by selecting the “Duel Menu” button to the bottom right of the in-game announcement notice, or by selecting “Team Battle” in the Duel Menu accessed via DUEL on the Home screen. Select the Players in Match, Regulation, and Team Name, then click the “Create Team” button to create a team. You can invite friends by selecting “Invite Friends” on the Team Battle screen. Alternatively, you can invite members by sharing your “Team ID” which can be found in your Team Information. You can also recruit teammates from “Recruit Teammates” if you do not have enough people to form a team.

How to Join a Team

You can join a team by selecting the “Duel Menu” button to the bottom right of the in-game announcement notice, or by selecting “Team Battle” in the Duel Menu accessed via DUEL on the Home screen. Press the “Join Team” button to join a team. If you have been given a Team ID by the team creator, you can enter it as a team member. Alternatively, you can join a team by specifying the Players in Match and Regulation for which you wish to play.

As for the new Battle Trajectory Selection Pack, a bunch of new Pendulum Monsters have been released for Performapal, Odd-Eyes, and the new Vaylantz archetype. More information can be found in the shop.
