[Let’s Talk] What’s on your 2025 holiday gaming wishlist?
Especially with Thanksgiving in the United States this week along with Black Friday, we’re really getting into the holiday spirit. Before you know it, we’ll also be seeing major events like Christmas and New Year’s.
Gift giving is always prominent around this time. With that in mind, is there anything on your wishlist as far as gaming goes? If there a specific game you’re hoping to pick up? Or perhaps if you haven’t landed a Nintendo Switch 2, perhaps you’re hoping to be given the system for the holidays? Let us know in the comments.

I actually had a priviledge to get the game from a Nintendo rep during one of our company’s meetings. Though my personal first impressions viewed this game as pretty unassuming.
I will admit, I was pretty wrong in my assumptions for this game. I figured it was going to be a pretty horizontal take, just with more characters, but Sakurai figured out the one-button control scheme out now and flushed out the ways it worked.
The game has a plethora of unlockable features that makes it feel a tad nostalgic to more classic games where unlocking something wasn’t just purchasing it.

I love it.
The Air mode is amazing and it’s so fun to try new cars and characters. Getting better at this mode just feels so good.
The…top view mode? can’t remember the name but it’s also incredible fun. I thought it would be there just to make the games feels bigger, but it’s a really polished mode.
Urban Trials is… not something that makes me go crazy, but I’ve been enjoying it more and more each day.
Have not played the story mode yet other than the very beginning, but that’s because i want to get better at every mode first.
It honestly feels like I have three different games in just one package and it’s amazing.
