Umihara Kawase has been around for years – since the Super Famicom, in fact. The series’ last game was on the DS, so it makes sense that the latest entry, Sayonara Umihara Kawase, is heading to the 3DS.
According to information leaking out of this week’s Famitsu, Sayonara Umihara Kawase will be released in Japan this summer for 4,980 yen. Protoganist Umihara Kawase, now 20 years-old, will once again take the leading role. Staff from the original game are on board for the 3DS title’s development.

Miyamoto on Wii U NFC, dual GamePads, more regular announcements this year, E3 value

The Wii U has been out for a few months now, but there is still one element of the console that remains untapped: NFC. No Nintendo or third-party games have yet to take advantage of the functionality.
When asked about Nintendo’s plans for Wii U’s NFC, Shigeru Miyamoto said:
“With NFC, that’s a feature that everyone that owns a Wii U can take advantage of. So that’s what we’re putting our priorities right now. We’re hoping that in the near future we’ll be able to show you something that will take advantage of the NFC on Wii U and people will be able to enjoy that.”
Kersploosh! will cost $3

Update: Kerploosh! takes up roughly 200 blocks on an SD card.
Nintendo’s latest 3DS downloadable game, Kersploosh! will cost just $3 at launch. System owners can purchase the title starting on Thursday.
There’s a pretty good reason that Kersploosh! costs $3: it’s a bit light on content. Most players will probably be able to complete everything the game has to offer in a single play session.
