Kingdom Hearts series could land on Wii
Posted on 15 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in DS, News, Wii | 14 Comments
Much like the GTA franchise, Kingdom Hearts titles have launched on both the Game Boy Advance and DS, yet there has never been a release for a Nintendo console. But perhaps that could change in the future. Kingdom Hearts creator Tetsuya Nomura, speaking with Nintendo Power in the July edition of the magazine, addressed the possibility of bringing the series to the Wii in some form – and nothing was ruled out. Nomura said that “Once the projects I am involved with have settled to a point, there might be some room to consider that.” For the moment though, he said he has a lot on his plate.
Interestingly, Nomura shared that Nintendo had approached him and presumably other members of Square Enix to create a Kingdom Hearts game for the DS. That’s one of the reasons why work began on 358/2 Days. So maybe if Nintendo used a similar strategy for a Kingdom Hearts Wii title, Nomura could be influenced.

Nintendo announces Pokemon Heart Gold/Soul Silver release date and price
Posted on 15 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in DS, News | 5 Comments
Today, Nintendo has confirmed both the release date and price of the classic Pokemon remakes. Heart Gold and Soul Silver will launch in Japan on September 12. It was previously thought that the two titles would be available on that same day, so the speculation was right on the money. You can pick up either version for 4800 yen. There is no announcement as of yet for a North American release, but you can bet that Nintendo will be making an announcement eventually.
