Trine 2: Director’s Cut’s first update is ready to go in Europe. Those who have purchased the game should receive a notice when booting up the game.
The update is rather significant. It introduces voice chat and Wii U Pro controller support, touches up the game’s graphics, and more.
Hopefully Trine 2’s update in North America isn’t too far behind.

Posted on 12 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS eShop, News | 0 comments
A new Colors! 3D update will likely arrive next month.
The game’s developer posted a message on Facebook stating it will be submitted to Nintendo soon. Once that’s done, the update will see release soon after.
“… the Colors! 3D update is pretty much finished and will be submitted to Nintendo in a few days, so the February estimate seems to be reasonable still.”

It’s official: THQ is no more, as approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court

It’s something of a sad day for the gaming industry today– well, it’s been a sad few weeks anyhow– because THQ is finally, officially, irreversably gone. The U.S. Bankruptcy court approved the sale of many of the publisher’s properties to studios like Take Two, Ubisoft, and SEGA, and those that weren’t sold (Darksiders, we’re looking at you!) are being closed and added to THQ’s chapter 11 filing.
Platinum Games yesterday expressed some brief interest in purchasing the Darksiders brand “on the cheap”, but there’s no word on whether or not that will actually happen.
