A rumor popped up last month that Sumo Digital has been working on a sequel to Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing. Kotaku is backing up this speculation, noting today that the game will be released this holiday season.
If the original rumor is to be believed, SEGA will publish the game for Wii U, 3DS, and Vita.

Buy chocolate in Japan, get a Kid Icarus: Uprising AR card

Nintendo hasn’t said how they’ll be distributing the Kid Icarus: Uprising AR cards in North America/Europe. However, the company has started to reveal their plans over in Japan.
To promote the launch of the game, Takara Tomy is preparing “Kid Icarus Uprising Choco Snacks”. A single box will contain one of twenty AR cards.
The chocolate can be found in stores a few days ahead of Uprising’s launch. Kid Icarus Uprising Choco Snacks go on sale on March 12 for 100 yen.

Naka: Rodea the Sky Soldier development finished in June 2011, ask Kadokawa for an update
Posted on 13 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, News, Wii | 0 comments
Yuji Naka’s new game, Rodea the Sky Soldier, has been in limbo for a ridiculously long time. Naka said in an interview last year that the game had been finished “for awhile.”
It seems that development actually wrapped up in June 2011. This is what Naka told fans on Twitter yesterday. He also mentioned that fans should ask Kadokawa Games for information about the game.
It’s not Naka’s fault that we haven’t received an update about the title. Kadokawa Games is the publisher for Rodea, so it’s their responsibility to provide media updates and come up with a launch date.
I have no idea what Kadokawa is up to and why Rodea has more or less been hiding in the shadows. I just hope they still plan on releasing the game in Japan…
