We already know that the 3DS will be capable of producing 3D experiences without glasses. But could there be more to the system? Enterbrain CEO Hirokazu Hamamura seems to think so. Mr. Hamamura spoke at a market seminar a few days ago and suggested that the 3DS will feature something bigger than 3D gaming.

You may remember that when the DS was first unveiled, Nintendo only said that the handheld would be made up of two screens. Later, the company shared the news that it would have a touch screen, microphone, and Internet connectivity. Will we see a similar situation with the 3DS?

– Change in the battle scene (ex: Shows entire back of Pokemon)
– HeartGold/SoulSilver Pokemon Center areas returning
– Ride a new type of vehicle
– Scans may hint at a car for transportation
