EA AND WARNER BROS. INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT ANNOUNCE HARRY POTTER AND THE HALF-BLOOD PRINCE VIDEOGAME FLIES ONTO STORE SHELVES THIS WEEK!

The Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince Videogame is THE Place for Fans to Live the Thrills, Action and Excitement of Harry Potter This Summer

GUILDFORD, UK, June 30, 2009 – The EA Play Label of Electronic Arts Inc (NASDAQ:ERTS) and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today announced that the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince™ videogame will be available in stores across the globe this week. Available on multiple platforms, the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince videogame allows players to experience all the magic, adventure and fun of the Warner Bros. Pictures’ film based on J.K. Rowling’s sixth book in the Harry Potter™ series.

In the game of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, players return to Hogwarts™ – reproduced from movie blueprints in exacting detail – to help Harry survive a fraught sixth year. Players will be able to master gesture-based spell-casting as they explore the Hogwarts school grounds, from the heights of the Astronomy Tower to Professor Slughorn’s Potions classroom in the depths of the dungeons and iconic locations in between such as the Gryffindor™ common room and the Great Hall.

Two Versions of the Game — Black Ace and Red Joker — Double the Possibilities

Mega Man Star Force 3 comes in two different versions, Black Ace and Red Joker, allowing friends to share unique items and powers utilizing the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, enhancing their individual characters. Mega Man Star Force 3 is rated E for Everyone by the Entertainment Software Ratings Board (ESRB) and carries a suggested retail price of $29.99.

As in the previous games, Mega Man Star Force 3 is a unique blend of an action and role-playing game (RPG), combining the high intensity combat that is the hallmark of Mega Man® games with Star Force’s strategic battle system. By defeating enemies and boss characters, players earn “battle cards” that enhance and evolve Mega Man’s abilities and attacks.

– They’ve all had a chance to play it

– Craig doesn’t like cycling
– Just sit there and drum the controllers for cycling
– Some games clearly not MotionPlus
– Airplane game probably not using the attachment (if it does, probably for the hell of it)
– The airplane game still feels good…Makes Craig want Pilotwings
– Have noticed a lot of drift – As you’re playing it gets out of calibration
– Can push down on d-pad with sword fighting for calibration – Not ideal
– Weird that this is sort of the revision 2 of the Wiimote and we still have to deal with these issues
– Don’t have as much control in frisbee golf compared to the dog-throwing mode
– Matt really enjoying archery – gives you a really long range (depth) to the course – Get a taste, then you wish it isn’t as shallow
– Wind should play a bigger factor in archery
– Wii Sports Bowling is the same game
