– Mii lives on island with other Mii characters
– Don’t walk around as a Mii
– Set personality traits, pick clothes for Mii, then Mii acts on its own
– Feed Miis, give them clothes in their apartment
– 100 Miis can be on the island (ones you make or from other player)
– Make money by taking care of Miis
– Spend money on food, clothes
– When you feed a Mii, their satisfaction level goes up

Nintendo hosting big Japanese event after E3

Is Nintendo really gearing up for a big E3? It seems that way, and is reinforced by some news coming out of Japan. According to Japanese blog Sinobi, Nintendo will be hosting a big press event right after E3. Sinobi is usually right on top of things which is why you can be pretty sure that this is not a rumor. What is speculation, however, is that the company may be highlighting its summer lineup. To hold an event right after E3 does seem a bit suspicious, though.

London – May 28, 2009 – Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today announced a long-term partnership with The Saul Zaentz Company and New Line Productions, Inc. for literary and film rights to develop and publish games based on The Lord of the Rings trilogy. As part of the game franchise, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment will publish multiple games across many genres designed to appeal to a wide range of unique gamers, including hard-core RPG fans and families. The first game will be The Lord of the Rings: Aragorn’s Quest, a new third-person action adventure videogame offering an authentic gameplay experience based on The Lord of the Rings that all ages can play together on Wii™, Nintendo DS™, PlayStation®2 and PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) system in Autumn 2009.
“The Lord of the Rings franchise is world renowned for its captivating adventures, and we are creating new experiences in the game space designed to appeal to a wide array of consumer tastes from core to casual,” said Martin Tremblay, President, Warner Bros. All-New Harvest Moon Games, Afrika, Cheer We Go! Among Titles to Appear At Show Next Week
Burlingame, Calif., May 28, 2009 – Natsume Inc., a worldwide developer and publisher of family-oriented video games, today announced their lineup for the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), which begins next week, Tuesday, June 2, and runs through Thursday, June 4. The company will be holding one-on-one meetings in booth 848 in South Hall at the show with select media representatives. The previously unannounced titles include Cheer We Go and Squishy Tank for the Nintendo DS, as well as Afrika for the PlayStation 3, and Harvest Moon: My Little Shop for Nintendo WiiWare. Other previously announced titles include Harvest Moon: Animal Parade, Animal Kingdom: Wildlife Expedition and Reel Fishing: Angler’s Dream for the Wii, Harvest Moon: Sunshine Islands and Harvest Moon: Frantic Farming for the DS, and Adventures To Go for the PSP.
