Sonic and the Black Knight aimed at casual gamers

SEGA has three significant titles planned for Wii owners coming up: The Conduit, MadWorld, and Sonic and the Black Knight. The Conduit and MadWorld will undoubtedly appeal to hardcore gamers, but Sonic and the Black Knight may be a different story. SEGA’s Tetsu Katano, who is part of the Sonic Team, said that the game is “aimed at a younger, more casual audience.”
“Sonic and the Black Knight is aimed at a younger, more casual audience. We’ve changed a lot of things, essentially. It’s thinking as children; approaching things from their point of view, thinking what they want to see. Sonic is kind of a cheeky, edgy character, and so we like seeing Sonic challenge new things all the time. The Wii is a big part of it, because it appeals to a wider range of people who maybe have not played a Sonic game before.”

RE5 producer “would like to create something on Wii in the Resident Evil family”
Posted on 15 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Wii | 2 Comments
The Resident Evil series has done fairly well on Nintendo systems. Though, it’s been quite awhile since a RE title hit the Nintendo Wii. Wii owners, however, might be able to look forward to a new game in the series for the Wii in the future. RE5 producer Masachika Kawata spoke in a video interview about Nintendo’s system and his words are encouraging. He said, “Personally I would like to create something on Wii in the Resident Evil family. At the moment we don’t know and have just been working on RE5, so watch this space.”

Octuplet mother seen shopping for Wii

One of the more recent well-known off-beat stories in the United States centers around Nadya Suleman who gave birth to eight children. Having six other children before the birth of her eight new babies, she is now a mother of fourteen.
Suleman opened up a website and has been accepting donations for herself and her children. She has no job and is $50,000 in debt. So how is she spending the donated money she has received? On Wednesday, Suleman was seen looking at video games. Someone took a video of her while she was surveying the Wii and some accessories for the system. Since Wii remotes cost $40, her purchase could end up being $560 if she buys a controller for every one of her children. With a Wii, the total purchase could escalate to $810.
