The previously 360 exclusive Beatles: Rock Band downloadable song “All You Need is Love” is finally making its way to Sony and Nintendo. Harmonix announced today that the track, whose revenue goes to charity, will be hitting the Nintendo Wii on February 16, and the Sony Playstation 3 on March 4 for the regular $1.99 price point.

“If there is a chance to continue No More Heroes, I am interested in making NMH3. I personally think that NMH is a game for Wii, so I would be very happy if I could make a game for the Wii’s successor, whenever that might be. I was not involved in the production of the 360 version of NMH1, so I don’t know anything about that.” – Suda 51

I would definitely love to see the No More Heroes franchise continues. Suda 51 introduced some fresh ideas in the last title, so it would be interesting to see what else he has up his sleeves for a third game.

Rising Star Games confirms No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle for spring European release

Travis Touchdown is back for more in the highly charged second instalment, fuelled by bloodthirsty revenge

Thursday 11th February 2010: Leading videogames publisher Rising Star Games, today confirms that No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle, exclusively for the Nintendo Wii, is on track to be released throughout Europe at the end of April 2010.

Soaked in slick graphic novel-style visuals, No More Heroes 2 is clever, mature and further validates the series’ reputation as one of the most original and unique games on the Wii. The story follows Travis Touchdown who now finds himself the 51st ranked assassin – placed at the bottom of the UAA (United Assassins Association) table. He has to fight his way back to the top, while seeking revenge for the murder of his best friend.

Course: Mario Circuit
Objective: Complete the race, take down the Goombas
Restriction: Karts only
Tournament date: 2/15 – 2/25

“From the start, the demo program was always planned to be available for a limited time on a trial basis. We’re looking at our results and deciding our next steps.” – Nintendo representative

Japan has already received a couple of new demos, so I don’t see why North America and Europe shouldn’t see some new ones as well. The first round of demos seemed to help sales of WiiWare games somewhat and I don’t think anyone would say that introducing new ones would be a bad idea. Hopefully Nintendo will continue with the program soon.
