Civilization VII Gameplay Showcase and more announced

Civilization VII was unveiled without gameplay a couple of months ago, but that’s about to change with an upcoming showcase. The event will take place on August 20, 2024.

First up, during Gamescom: Opening Night Live, the first footage will be shown. This will be happening sometime during the event at 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET / 7 PM in the UK.

Following that, the official Civilization VII Gameplay Showcase will be airing at 1:30 PM PT / 4:30 PM ET / 9:30 PM in the UK / 10:30 PM in Europe. Fans can tune in for “more than 20 minutes of exclusive insights and deep dives across new features and innovations”. The Civilization VII Gameplay Showcase will be live streamed on Twitch here.

For those attending Gamescom 2024, in-person attendees can check out the official Civilization VII booth at Gamescom, located in Hall 6. The expo is taking place between August 21 and August 25.

Finally, on August 31, attendees can check out the official Civilization VII PAX Panel at 11 AM PT in Seattle, WA, located in the Main Theater on the 5th floor of the Summit Building. This will also be live streamed for those who can’t make the expo on Twitch here.
