The latest update for Fire Emblem Engage has just gone out, with Nintendo and Intelligent Systems releasing version 1.3.0.
The main attraction here is support for the Wave 3 Expansion Pass DLC featuring Chrom and Robin, Emblem of Bonds, and Veronica, Emblem of Heroes. A couple of other features have also been added along with the usual fixes.
The full patch notes for the Fire Emblem Engage version 1.3.0 update are as follows:
- Compatible with Wave 3 of the Expansion Pass.
- From Chapter 7 forward, you’ll be able to exchange items at the ancient well on the Somniel.
- You’ll need to talk to the proprietor of the armory.
- You can now use Inherit Skills in the Arena.
- Issues have been fixed to make for a more pleasant gaming experience.
The wait between Wave 2 and Wave 3 of the Fire Emblem Engage Expansion Pass DLC was probably shorter than most had expected, but it’ll likely be longer for the final round. Wave 4 will feature a new story scenario, so that will likely require more development time.
Fire Emblem Engage is now available on Switch.
