Fire Emblem Heroes update announced (version 8.10.0), patch notes

Nintendo and Intelligent Systems will soon be bringing out the next Fire Emblem Heroes update, which is version 8.10.0. It will be going live on October 2, 2024.

The new update will adjust the factors deciding which Legendary Heroes appear as Bonus Heroes in the Arena, adds Pawns of Loki, new weapon skills and weapons to refine, and more. Other changes and fixes are also planned.

Here’s the full rundown:

Fire Emblem Heroes update version 8.10.0 patch notes

• The factors deciding which Legendary Heroes appear as Bonus Heroes in the Arena are being updated.
  • Starting Oct. 7, old Legendary Heroes will also appear as Bonus Heroes in the Arena. If two are Bonus Heroes in the same season, you’ll get the Highest-score or Insurance effect when either are on your team.
• Pawns of Loki Lite will be added.
  • Launching Oct. 11, this mode has the same content as Pawns of Loki but with a lower score required for rewards. Orbs won’t be available, but you can get more Dragonflowers. Both Pawns of Loki and Pawns of Loki Lite will be held in the future.
• The lineup of Limited-Time Combat Manuals is being updated.
• New weapon skills and weapons to refine are being added.

    • Craver’s Tome (Ilyana: Hungering Mage)

    • Gate-Anchor Axe (Veronica: Harmonic Pirates)
    • Petrify (Veld: Manfroy’s Rock)
    • Caduceus Staff (Flayn: Playing Innocent)
• New Memento Events are being added to Heroes Journey.
• Other changes.
  • We will fix the issue where some players do not see their Aether restored over 250 on Aether Raids. Starting with the season beginning on Oct. 7, the Aether Cap Bonus and the 400 cap will be correctly reflected in game.
