Fire Emblem Heroes update announced (version 8.7.0), patch notes

Nintendo and Intelligent Systems are readying the next update for Fire Emblem Heroes, version 8.7.0.

The update includes new skills for a couple of Mythic Heroes, new weapon skills to refine, and some other content. There’s a new quality of life change planned as well.

Here’s the full rundown of the new update:

Fire Emblem Heroes update version 8.7.0 patch notes

Select an Emblem Hero engage partner on the Skill Sets screen! You will be able to set an Emblem Hero engage partner under “Select Emblem” on the Edit/Equip Skill Sets screen. Tap on the Special skill while an engage partner is set to show the details of engage enhancements.

New skills are being added for a Mythic Hero
Nótt: Moon’s Elegance
A Skill: Distant Dart
B Skill: Moon-Twin Wing+
Note: You will also be able to refine her weapon, Hrímfaxi.

New skills are being added for a Mythic Hero
Ashera: Order Goddess
B Skill: Lull Spd/Res 4
C Skill: Order’s Restraint+
Note: You will also be able to refine her weapon, Order’s Sentence.

The lineup of Limited-Time Combat Manuals is being updated
Players will be able to obtain Divine Codes (Ephemera 7) from events and exchange them for an updated lineup of Limited-Time Combat Manuals using the Compile Combat Manual feature.

New weapon skills
Wyvern Lance (Galle: Azure Rider) and Plegian War Axe (Mustafa: Plegian Champion) are coming soon! (These weapons can be upgraded in the Weapon Refinery after they have been obtained.)

New weapons to refine
Blade of Shadow (Kris: Unknown Hero), Starpoint Lance (Ingrid: Solstice Knight), Hrímfaxi (Nótt: Moon’s Elegance), Double Bow (Shinon: Scathing Archer), and Order’s Sentence (Ashera: Order Goddess) are coming soon!
