007 First Light properly revealed with debut trailer [update: gameplay this week]

June 4: IO Interactive has pulled back the curtain on 007 First Light, its upcoming James Bond game for Nintendo Switch 2. A first look was given today with a proper reveal trailer.

007 First Light was confirmed for Nintendo Switch 2 during the system’s reveal back in April. Today’s trailer doesn’t contain gameplay, but gives us a first look at Bond himself and what to expect from the adventure.

September 1: A gameplay reveal is now confirmed for Sony’s State of Play on September 3, 2025 at 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET / 7 PM in the UK / 8 PM in Europe. You’ll be able to watch it here, and we’ll share the full archive once it’s available.
