Harvest Moon: The Tale of Two Towns+ is coming to 3DS, according to the latest issue of Famitsu.

Thus far, only a few details have leaked out of the magazine. We know that Marvelous has touched things up and made it more enjoyable to play overall. Also, when you start the game you can choose between liking animals or fishing. StreetPass is also supported so that items can be traded between players.

Harvest Moon: The Tale of Two Towns+ goes on sale in Japan on December 14. Pricing is set at 3,980 yen.

One tricky thing is how a company like Natsume or XSEED will handle the localization of Harvest Moon: The Tale of Two Towns+. Natsume owns the Harvest Moon IP and originally released the game a few years ago. However, we know that Natsume now only owns the name – the Bokujou Monogatari titles continue on with Marvelous / XSEED.
