Hogwarts Legacy receiving new updates and features in 2024
Warner Bros. and Avalanche Software aren’t finished with Hogwarts Legacy just yet, as more content is coming in 2024.
On social media, it was announced that more updates and features are on the way. Also, the PlayStation-exclusive content will be offered “on other platforms later this summer”. Presumably Switch will be included, but we don’t have total confirmation just yet.
As for that content only released on PlayStation thus far, it was comprised of a few items. A Haunted Hogsmeade quest (which provides a special reward when completed), shopkeeper cosmetic quest, and Felix Felicis potion recipe (as a pre-order bonus) made up the lineup. Exclusive Haunted Hogsmeade Quest
Cassandra Mason has a shop to sell you in Hogsmeade, but all is not as it seems in this mysterious, run-down establishment. What sinister secrets lie beneath Madam Mason’s shop and why is she so keen to sell it? The answers to these questions can only be found in the Haunted Hogsmeade Shop quest exclusively available on PlayStation platforms.
Bonus: Hogsmeade Shop
Overcoming the challenges of the Haunted Hogsmeade Quest will reward you with a shop of your own where you can sell items and gear at rates better than anywhere else.
Bonus: Shopkeeper Cosmetic Set
Upon completion of the Sony exclusive Haunted Hogsmeade Quest, players will receive an attractive ensemble of tan and deep teal with panache and charm, perfect for the stylish shopkeeper and the entrepreneurial Hogwarts student.
Pre-order bonus: Felix Felicis Potion Recipe
If you pre-order Hogwarts Legacy, you’ll be able to access the recipe for Felix Felicis, also known as “liquid luck.” Use this potion to reveal gear chests on the mini-map for one in-game day, resulting in a particularly rewarding journey as you explore Hogwarts and the surrounding areas.

Hogwarts Legacy finally launched on Switch this past November following a couple of days. It originally released in February 2023.
