Nintendo and Capcom have announced a New 3DS bundle for Japan. This will include a standard (small) system, the cover plates pictured above, AC adapter, and 4GB microSDHC card. Pricing is set at 17,000 yen for the bundle. The cover plates can also be purchased individually for 2,000 yen. Source
