Kao the Kangaroo update out now (version 1.4), patch notes

Tate Multimedia has started distribution of a new 1.4 update for Kao the Kangaroo on Switch.

A couple of additions, improvements, and bug fixes are available. Players can now access an invert Y-axis option, the save system has been adjusted, performance drops have been addressed, and more.

The full patch notes are as follows:

• Fixes missing scroll after defeating Terror
• Audio fixes
• Add invert Y-axis option
• Add save icon when saving game
• Fix not working trampoline
• Oldest One fight bug fixes
• Changes to the save system. Now, the number of crystals does not change after Kao’s death
• Coins on Hopalloo Island are saved after returning to the Main Menu
• Fixed the bulk of collision problems
• A number of fixes related to performance drops

All players on Switch can download the new 1.0.4 update for Kao the Kangaroo now.
