Only other groups I made were for non-game Apps, and a group with all of the “Game Archives” (E.G. the Mega Man Legacy Collections, Collection of Mana, Darius Cozmic Collections, etc) collected together.

Went the easy way out and arranged my groups by genres (platformers, racing, puzzle games, etc).
For me its seems to be decent enough way to find a game that I am looking for right then.
I also made groups for multiplayer games separately.
